What are User Profiles?
Monthly User Profiles (MUPs) represent the total number of distinctive users who interacted with your chatbot. The system profiles each user separately in order to personalize the experience, and later provide you with the ability to reach out to a specific user if needed.
What are Messages per month?
Messages per Month is a way of calculating your billing based upon the number of messages exchanged through the platform each month. This number represents the engagement of your active users and resets to zero on the first day of each month.
What is the difference between monthly and annual price plans?
Clients on annual plans prepay for MUP and messages per month for the entire year and receive a discount of 20% for their commitment.
What if I go over my prepaid monthly or annual Tier limitations?
We provide uninterrupted experience at all times. If it happens that you reach your Tier limitations for the current month, you will automatically be upgraded to the next Tier for that month only, and be charged for the difference between your subscription and the Tier you’ve reached. The next month you continue with the original Tier you are subscribed to. You can check your Tier quotas at the real-time analytics provided with the platform.
Can I change my pricing plan later on?
You can change your pricing plan along with how frequently you are billed (monthly or yearly) anytime based upon your needs.
